Join us as a volunteer at "Not My Son's Produce Distribution" and embark on a fulfilling journey contributing to our mission of promoting food access and community wellness. Here's what you can anticipate:

• Setup and Preparation: Assist in setting up the distribution area, arranging tables, signage, and equipment, ensuring everything is organized for a smooth operation.
• Food Handling and Organization: Help sort, organize, and display fruits and vegetables upon arrival, ensuring quality and maintaining a tidy, well-stocked distribution area.
• Assistance to Community Members (Including Issue Mining): Engage with community members accessing produce, offering friendly assistance, and actively listening to their concerns, suggestions, and needs. Through this interaction, we'll be actively issue-mining with community members, gathering valuable insights to inform future initiatives and better serve the community. Your welcoming presence fosters an environment of respect and inclusivity, ensuring that everyone's voice is heard and their input is valued.
• Traffic and Crowd Management: Depending on event size, aid in directing traffic or managing lines to facilitate an orderly distribution process, ensuring a positive atmosphere for all.
• Cleanup and Breakdown: After distribution, participate in cleanup efforts, including table breakdown and waste disposal, leaving the area clean and ready for future events.
